Sputnik Restaurant
The restaurant of the Sputnik Hotel complex offers a menu based on European and local cuisines. Kamchatka crab, fresh seafood and fish, environmentally friendly and micronutrient-rich venison meat, seasonal dishes with medicinal wild herbs of Kamchatka are served here. The restaurant is located in the Satellite building of the same name and is open to guests from early morning until late evening.
Breakfast items
A buffet breakfast may be included in the room rate. The self-catering catering system, which is loved by many, is also available to our guests. For the first meal, you can choose porridges, cereals, egg dishes, meat, cheese, vegetable cuts, pastries, fruits.
Menu
After breakfast, the restaurant has a menu with a variety of dishes.:
- Salads. From classic Italian Caprese to an authentic mix of fried fern and onion — choose, taste, and taste. Warm, cold, spicy, neutral — there are two dozen items on the menu and no monotony.
- Cold and hot appetizers. Seafood tartlets, venison tartare, fish appetizers, shrimp and squid rings, mini kebabs, baked vegetables - a huge variety for a light snack while waiting for the main course.
- Soups. Our chefs prepare more than 10 first courses, including borscht and venison shurpa, fish and seafood soups, and vegetable soups.
- Main dishes. Hot local fish, seafood, meat dishes, steaks, roasts — our chefs have taken into account all taste preferences. Separately, we note the venison, crab, fish and seafood dumplings — this is a unique opportunity to try a familiar dish in a new version.
- Desserts and ice cream. Handmade cakes in a beautiful presentation will be a pleasant end to lunch or dinner.
